Das Leibniz-Institut für Alternsforschung - Fritz-Lipmann-Institut e.V. (FLI) in Jena ist eine von Bund und dem Bundesland Thüringen gemeinsam finanzierte Forschungseinrichtung in der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft. Die international beachteten, hochkompetitiven Forschungsaktivitäten des FLI sind auf die biomedizinischen Ursachen des Alterns ausgerichtet. Wissenschaftler/innen aus über 40 Ländern erforschen die molekularen Grundlagen des Alterns und der Entstehung von alternsassoziierten Erkrankungen. Das Team Kommunikation sucht Unterstützung für kommende Projekte und Herausforderungen, insbesondere für den Schwerpunkt Digitale Medien:

Mitarbeiter Kommunikation (m/w/d)
Digitale Medien

Der aufgeschlossene und innovative Teamkollege (m/w/d) soll das Team Kommunikation mit neuen Perspektiven und frischen Ideen bereichern. Diese Position bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit für talentierte Einsteiger im Bereich Digitale  Medien - Kommunikationsplattformen, um eigenverantwortlich zu agieren und maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Instituts beizutragen.

Aufgaben:

  • Kreative Konzeption und Umsetzung von ansprechenden Inhalten für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, einschließlich Texten, Bildern und Videos
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse der Social-Media-Performance sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Ergebnisse
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Optimierung der Website
  • Unterstützung bei Neugestaltung des Intranets als moderne Informations- und Kommunikationsplattform
  • Proaktive Beobachtung und Recherche von Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Unterstützung bei Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Projekten

Profil:

  • Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Mediendesign o. ähnlich
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für deren Funktionsweise/das Nutzerverhalten
    • Erfahrung in Bild- und Videoproduktion, gern auch in Grafikdesign
    • Teamorientierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    The Leibniz Institute on Aging - Fritz Lipmann Institute (FLI) in Jena is a federal and state government-funded research institute and member of the Leibniz Association (Wissenschaftsgemeinschaft Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz e.V.). FLI’ s internationally visible and highly competitive research is focused on understanding the mechanisms of aging and associated age-related diseases. Scientists from over 40 countries are currently investigating the molecular mechanisms of aging and the occurrence of age-related diseases. Our aim is to create the basis for new approaches in medicine as a way to improve the health of the elderly (www.leibniz-fli.de).

    The Communications team is looking for support for upcoming projects and challenges, especially for the focus on digital media:

    Communication - Digital Media (m/f/d)

    Tasks:

    • Creative conception and implementation of appealing content for our social media channels, including texts, images and videos
    • Continuous analysis of social media performance and derivation of recommendations for action to optimize results
    • Support with website maintenance and optimization
    • Support in redesigning the intranet as a modern information and communication platform
    • Proactive monitoring and research of trends and developments
    • Support with the organization and implementation of events and projects

    Requirements:

    • Degree or comparable training in marketing, communication, media design or similar
    • Very good knowledge of common social media platforms and a deep understanding of their functionality/user behavior
    • Experience in image and video production, also in graphic design
      • Team-oriented, independent and proactive way of working with strong communication and organizational skills
      • Fluent written and spoken German and English
