Tasks:- Training and support of researchers in advanced light microscopy techniques (widefield/confocal/super-resolution/microdissection/fluorescence fluctuation/lightsheet)
- Manage and assist instrument maintenance
Support of researchers in image acquisition & downstream data analysis (Zen, Huygens, Imaris, Arivis)
- Develop, maintain and improve standard operation procedures (SOPs) and workflows
Assist, conduct and develop teaching activities
- Draft high-quality bioimage data text parts for manuscripts.

Requirements:
- University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics or related, preferably PhD or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of advanced microscopy technologies
- Preferably 5 years of experience in light microscopy bioimaging applications
- Know-how in quantitative bioimaging workflows, image data analysis and management
- excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required
- Enthusiastic, friendly, collaborative mindset and the ability to interact professionally and service oriented
with the users of the facility
